Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with 5 years of experience as a site manager in horizontal development projects, leading teams and supervising construction. Requirements -Licensed Civil Engineer. -At least 5 years of experience leading housing construction projects. -Experience and interest in coordinating multidisciplinary teams on site. -Supervision of execution, quality, and cost programs. -Strong administrative management of contractors and subcontractors. -Proven track record in comprehensive operational control of construction sites. -Technical knowledge of EnKontrol, AutoCAD, CivilCAD, and/or Project Core Competencies Required for Success in This Role: -Decision-making -Conciliatory leadership -Effective delegation -Problem solving -Planning and organization Work Location: Zakia and other locations in El Marqués, Qro.
