General Nursing Technician

Description

* **First aid:** Immediate response to occupational accidents, falls, or health emergencies (cuts, burns, fainting). * **Medical examinations:** Administration of pre-employment, periodic, and anti-doping tests. * **Clinical follow-up:** Management of medical records, tracking of work absences due to illness, and administration of general illness-related leave. * **Preventive health:** Delivery of preventive health talks, health campaigns, and safety walkthroughs on the production floor. * Provide first aid in case of occupational accidents or acute health crises (cuts, burns, fainting). * **Clinical record management:** Maintain up-to-date medical histories for personnel. * **Absence follow-up:** Register and track medical leaves due to general illness or occupational accidents for reporting to Human Resources. * **Medical examinations:** Support logistics and administration of pre-employment, periodic, or exit medical examinations (vital signs measurement, somatometry, visual acuity tests, etc.). * **Vaccination campaigns:** Organize and administer influenza, tetanus, or other seasonal vaccines to personnel. * **Chronic disease monitoring:** Conduct periodic blood pressure and glucose measurements for employees with hypertension or diabetes to monitor control. * **Minor nursing consultations:** Address non-severe daily ailments (headaches, stomach discomfort, allergies) and administer basic medications per medical protocols. * **Requirements:** * Technical degree in nursing. * 1 year of experience in similar positions Requirements * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes or process engineering within the automotive industry (preferred). * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED). Knowledge and experience in FMEA, Core Tools, SPC, Process Flow, Statistical Process Control, Failure Analysis, Process Design and Development. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Main Responsibilities * Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality. * Develop and update work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation. * Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma). * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct time and motion studies. * Coordinate pilot tests for new processes, materials, or equipment. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety departments. * Propose solutions to reduce waste, costs, and cycle times.
