Manage operational processes and resources Position: Branch Manager – National Financial Institution We are a national financial institution specializing in domiciled and payroll-based loans for retirees, pensioners, and active employees of institutions such as IMSS, ISSSTE, PEMEX, CFE, SEP, among others. We are looking for a Branch Manager with experience in the financial sector who can lead and empower our team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of monthly targets. • Recruit, hire, and develop branch staff (promoters and commercial assistants). • Train and supervise teams on company policies, processes, and tools. • Manage branch operational processes and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent audit outcomes. • Foster relationships with affiliates and key groups to strengthen business opportunities. Requirements • Proven experience as a Financial Branch Manager (mandatory experience in domiciled and payroll-based loans). • Experience managing sales teams and field sales. • Personal vehicle. • Competencies: leadership, proactivity, integrity, organization, and teamwork. • Results-oriented with strong goal-achievement focus.
