Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Agent to visit users' residences with outstanding debts, with a primary focus on fieldwork. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility of applying for Class B driver's license after hiring Collection Agent / With or Without Experience Contract: Indefinite (Full-time) Company: Cooperativa Lachao (Puerto Escondido) Job Description: Responsible for visiting users' residences with outstanding debts — 80% Field / 20% Office. • Age: 18 to 45 years old. • Gender: Unrestricted. • Experience: With or without prior experience — the company provides training (paid training). • Education: High school diploma (Bachillerato). • If only junior high school completed: Minimum one year of prior experience required as a Collection or Credit Agent. • Location: Must reside no more than 40 minutes from the workplace (assigned branch). Mandatory Technical Skills • Computer proficiency. • Proficiency in Excel and Database usage (minimum one year of experience). • Work tool: Motorcycle operation is mandatory. • Class B Driver’s License: If not held or expired, a 15-day grace period after hiring is granted to obtain it. We Offer: • Monthly salary: $12,037 gross. • Payment: Biweekly (via employee’s bank account). • Statutory Benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Afore, and a 20-day Christmas bonus. • Additional Benefits: Biweekly food vouchers, 8% savings fund, and life insurance.
