Position Summary: The Facilities Sr Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, guaranteeing their operationality, safety, and efficiency through vendor management, maintenance supervision, and general services administration. Position Description: As a Facilities Sr Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the facilities under your purview, with the primary function being to guarantee the operationality, safety, and functional efficiency of these facilities through appropriate vendor management, maintenance supervision, and general services administration. Responsibilities include: CMMS and BMS tool management. EHS deliverables management and compliance. Adherence to ISO 15489 procedures. Compliance with required preventive and corrective maintenance and service programs. Service report management. Handling of requests. Generation and tracking of purchase requisitions. Compliance with financial procedures—invoice-approval-payment—and reporting on respective platforms. Effective coordination and communication with clients and the operations team. Preparation, generation, and submission of documentation for internal and external audits, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, PIPC, STPS, and CTPAT. Monthly report tracking and KPI presentation to clients. Knowledge: Electrical installations. HVAC equipment. Fire protection systems. Plumbing and sanitary installations. General building maintenance. Facility management. Contractor management. Utility-related administrative procedures. OPEx and FORECAST control. DBMS handling.
