Location: The vacancy is for a Rental Executive at the San Luis Potosí City Center and San Luis Potosí Airport. We invite you to participate in our personnel selection process for one of our open positions: Requirements · Gender: Unspecified · Excellent appearance · Education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree · Experience in service or product sales, closing sales, and customer service. · Intermediate to advanced English — MANDATORY · Proficiency in PC use — MANDATORY · Availability to work rotating shifts Competencies · Proactive · Articulate communication skills · Goal-oriented work · Teamwork · Customer service Responsibilities Check-in · Confirm whether the customer has a reservation or is walking in. · Contract initiation. · Sale of add-ons (identifying customer needs) · Confirm vehicle availability with the yard. · Clarify contracted services and obtain contract signature · Direct the customer to the vehicle delivery area · Achieve sales targets Lobby · Engage customers upon each flight arrival · Persuade as many customers as possible to rent a vehicle · Explain vehicle types and insurance coverage to customers · Complete registration forms · Escort customers to the shuttle (transportation) for transfer to Hertz facilities Bucanero · Engage customers outside the lobby and around Hertz facilities · Offer and negotiate car rental rates · Refer customers to the check-in area with the sales executive Returns · Receive customers and administer satisfaction survey · Verify vehicle condition and review contract · In case of any vehicle issue, verify photos in the system, physically inspect the vehicle with the customer, and process applicable charges. · Close contract, collect payment, and release deposit guarantee. · Refer the customer We Offer · Base salary + commissions · Statutory benefits / year-end bonus / vacation / IMSS / INFONAVIT / FONACOT · Job stability · Positive work environment ZONE: San Luis Potosí City Center and San Luis Potosí Airport Note: Candidates meeting the profile are encouraged to apply through this channel.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 24 and 45 years
