




DUE TO EXPANSION, 3B STORES IS HIRING DISTRICT MANAGER (BRANCH SUPERVISOR) We are a Mexican company inspired by successful hard discount formats such as ALDI in Germany or BIM in Turkey. Since 2004, we have built a leading chain of self-service stores in the hard discount sector in Mexico. We consistently open 12 to 14 new stores each month, currently operate over 1,500 stores, and maintain an ambitious expansion plan that enables continuous development and growth for all our team members. Requirements: · Education: Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree. · Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role such as District Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Advisor, Leader, Operations Manager, Zonal Manager, Field Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Store Manager within retail companies (convenience stores, pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, restaurants, electronics, entertainment, financial services). · Experience supervising at least 5 branches simultaneously, managing and ensuring performance indicator compliance. · Management experience in sales, operations, logistics, and human resources. · Personnel follow-up and development, with proven ability to build replacement talent pipelines. · Proficiency in planograms, financial statements, profitability, budgets, and inventory management. · Significant experience with shrinkage, expiration control, and average ticket metrics. · Must reside in the state of Michoacán or be willing to relocate. Responsibilities: · Carry out all necessary actions to ensure the profitability of assigned stores (5 to 9 units under supervision). · Ensure daily store operations comply with company standards, policies, and culture. · Implement actions that guarantee adherence to processes and flawless execution by store staff. · Collaborate with company departments to achieve regional and overall business objectives. · Monitor personnel recruitment, retention, and professional development. · Train and develop your team (Managers/Supervisors/Associates).
