Contract management and procurement tracking A prominent industrial platform company is seeking: Direct Procurement Engineer – ADVANCED ENGLISH Requirements: - Industrial Engineering or related field - 1 year of experience - Advanced/conversational English - Experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers - Experience in project areas, blueprint reading, contracts, and supplier development - RFQ handling is an essential requirement Responsibilities: - Execute the executive materials development plan according to factory requirements and complete price negotiations and material contract signings within the specified timeframe. - Accurately maintain supplier information in the system and properly manage supplier account records. - Properly archive and manage purchase-related documents (contracts, delivery notes, receiving notes). - Be responsible for verification and tracking of the entire procurement process. - Negotiate and communicate with suppliers.
