Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory risks, investigate root causes, and support logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. With over 78 years of global experience and 29 years in Mexico, we are leaders in specialized solutions for outsourcing human resources, operational, and administrative processes. * Salary: $24,000 gross monthly. * Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 9:00 am \- 5:00 pm. * Work Mode: On-site. * Location: Mexico City. * Project Duration: 1 year, with possibility of extension. Main Responsibilities: * + Ensure regulatory compliance in DG. + Conduct continuous DG inventory reviews. + Validate that products are correctly categorized, labeled, and handled. + Perform data analysis and risk investigation. + Identify patterns, deviations, or potential incidents. + Investigate root causes when DG issues occur (e.g., improper packaging, misclassification, spills, anomalous reports, etc.). + Provide operational and transportation support. + Guide distribution centers and transportation teams on handling and processing hazardous materials. + Serve as the liaison point between internal departments and global stakeholders. + Create dashboards and reports to enhance visibility. + Propose and drive risk reduction initiatives. + Participate in audits (internal and external). Requirements: * + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Environmental), Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. + Recent graduates / interns. + Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). + Advanced English (conversational and written).
