Database management and KPI reporting Develop tools enabling efficient and accurate acquisition of operational information; these projects will serve the entire management team. Create tools for reporting in service areas. o Backorder tracking. o Warranty indicator tracking. o Tracking and creation of cyclic counting lists. o Tracking of critical spare parts orders. o Creation of warehouse network compliance dashboards. KPI reporting.
