Job Summary: Junior Data Analyst to transform operational information into strategic tools, analyzing incidents and evaluating performance to improve service efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Transform data into key strategies for decision-making. 2. Analyze operational performance and propose efficient improvements. 3. Use advanced Excel and Power BI for data visualization. The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming operational information into strategic tools. Their work focuses on incident analysis, evaluation of operational staff performance, and generation of reports that enable informed decision-making to improve efficiency, coverage, and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Record, organize, and analyze data related to patrols, guard reports, response times, and protocol compliance. Identify risk patterns, event recurrence, and high-incidence zones. Evaluate operational performance by shift, zone, and guard, identifying areas for improvement. Generate executive reports for management with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: weekly incident count, average response time, patrol compliance rate, etc. Support strategic decision-making through data visualization and comparative analysis. Propose evidence-based operational adjustments (e.g., personnel redistribution, reinforcement in critical zones, protocol enhancements). Ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer information, locations, and incidents. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in operational data analysis, preferably in private security or logistics. Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.). Basic knowledge of SQL or database management. Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
