If you are passionate about technology, front\-end development, and digital content management, this opportunity is for you! **What You’ll Do:** * Author, layout, and publish content via the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform. * Configure and implement rules, scripts, tags, triggers, and variables on web portals using tools such as Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager (GTM). * Ensure quality assurance (QA) for content publishing and accurate portal measurement. * Document procedures, create user guides, and establish best practices for the team. * Conduct training sessions to upskill other team members. * Research, learn, and adapt to the technical demands of new digital platforms and tools. * Collaborate effectively and follow defined processes alongside various technical and creative roles. **Required Skills:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar roles (Web Publisher, Technical Content Manager, Front\-End Developer, etc.). * **Education:** Technical diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or Engineering degree in Front\-End Web Development, Systems, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, or related field. * **Specific Knowledge and Tools:** * Proficiency in web languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Solid experience managing CMS; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is mandatory. Familiarity with others such as WordPress or Joomla is a plus. * Experience with analytics and tag management platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Adobe Launch. * Desired: Knowledge or coursework in Adobe Target. * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and editing tools such as Dreamweaver. * **Languages:** Advanced English (mandatory). * **Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent teamwork, timely communication, proactive clarification of doubts, and strong attention to detail. lítica digital; a meticulous, agile individual with a strong technical (Front\-End) profile who will be the key piece enabling ideas to come alive and be accurately measured on our client’s (Ford) portals. **What You’ll Do:** * **Authoring and Management:** You will be the subject matter expert responsible for authoring, assembling, and publishing content through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * **Analytics Implementation (Tagging):** You will configure scripts, tags, triggers, and variables for web portal measurement using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Adobe Launch. * **Quality Assurance (QA):** You will review every technical and visual detail, ensuring proper link functionality, image optimization, and correct execution of metric rules. * **Leadership and Collaboration:** You will document procedures, user guides, and best practices, and conduct training sessions to upskill other team members. * **Adaptability:** You will learn and adapt to the technical requirements of new platforms and tools, always working within defined processes. **Required Skills:** * **Experience:** 3\+ years of experience as a Web Publisher, Webmaster, or Front\-End Developer, managing complex CMS (preferably within digital agencies). * **Education:** Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Front\-End Web Development, Computer Science, Systems, or related field. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid CMS experience (AEM mandatory; WordPress or Joomla desirable). * **Measurement Tools:** Verifiable experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Launch (or Adobe Target). * **Languages:** Intermediate English (able to read technical documentation and maintain fluent communication). * **Soft Skills:** Teamwork, collaboration, legendary attention to detail, and excellent time management.
