Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory control, material receipt and dispatch, consumption tracking, and warehouse organization within the real estate sector. A leading company in the real estate sector is seeking candidates due to growth: CONSTRUCTION SITE WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Technical degree or higher. • Experience: In construction warehouse operations. • Skills: Construction materials handling; inventory control (Excel or basic ERP preferred); construction site processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: • INVENTORY CONTROL: * Maintain up-to-date inventory records (daily/weekly depending on criticality). * Conduct cyclic counts and physical audits. * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. • MATERIAL RECEIPT: * Receive materials against purchase orders. * Verify quantities, quality, and specifications. * Immediate registration in system / logbook. • MATERIAL DISPATCH: * Issue materials only against authorized delivery slips. * Record by work front / contractor. * Track consumption by budget item. • CONTROL AND TRACEABILITY: * Report consumption vs. budget. * Identify variances (theft, waste, overconsumption). * Control critical materials (steel, cement, installations, finishes). • WAREHOUSE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS: * Efficient physical layout and organization. * Control access to the warehouse. * Proper material storage (prevent damage or loss). • REPORTING: * Weekly reporting to site manager / project director. * Current inventory status. * Key consumption data. * Alerts for shortages or excesses.
