Required Profile: Honesty and commitment to work High level of concentration Teamwork Numerical ability Service-oriented attitude Organized and punctual individual Main Responsibilities: Recording of income and expenses Preparation of documentation for the accountant Collection from condominium owners Customer service Scheduling payments to suppliers Supervision and follow-up of maintenance activities Document filing and control Requesting and comparing quotations Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree years of experience Keywords: administrator
