




Position Summary: Responsible for designing, updating, and managing the salary structure, job evaluation, salary administration, and market salary competitiveness. Key Highlights: 1. Salary structure design and management 2. Management of salary surveys and compensation indicators 3. Collaboration with Human Resources and supervision of incentive programs Main Responsibilities: * Design and ensure timely updates to the salary structure. * Support job evaluation for new positions. * Manage the salary administration process in accordance with established guidelines. * Conduct salary surveys. * Manage compensation indicators. * Analyze and ensure market salary competitiveness. * Collaborate directly with the Human Resources department. * Supervise the proper implementation of incentive and bonus programs. * Supervise and update internal salary-related policies. Requirements: * Professional degree: LAE, Public Accountant, Engineer, or related field. * Experience managing systems such as MERCER or PRODUCTIVITY SYSTEMS.
