Operational-administrative role with a commercial focus Job Opening Summary: Commercial Analyst The company seeks a Commercial Analyst with an administrative profile, oriented toward tender management, customer follow-up, and document control, combining office and field activities. Main Responsibilities Researching, analyzing, and preparing documentation for public and private tenders. Coordinating with internal departments to consolidate technical and financial proposals. Customer follow-up on proposals, purchase orders, contracts, and requirements. End-to-end process control: from service delivery through invoicing, collections, and after-sales support. Preparing reports and managing document control. Customer service and incident resolution. Required Profile Administrative or related degree. Experience in commercial, billing, or administrative areas. Key skills: organization, proactivity, sense of urgency, numerical aptitude, and effective communication. Availability for field activities and possession of a valid driver's license.
