Job Summary: Supervises daily operations, service quality, personnel and supplier management, ensuring optimal business performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership in supervising operations and staff 2. End-to-end management of customer and supplier experience 3. Training and development of new hires - Inspect business lighting and façade - Verify service stations (hot bar/cold bar) - Supervise kitchen "86" and "68" - Check tableware - Receive suppliers - Receive cash, perform cash count and cash closing - Conduct team briefing - Testing - Conduct second-round candidate screening - Train new hires - Supervise uniforms and operational equipment - Table service/Customer interaction - Ability to delegate - Open or close shifts - Report any incidents or anomalies to the manager . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: 25 years or older Knowledge: Team management, Decision-making, Cash register operation, Kitchen operations, Cash handling, Total station, Suppliers, Supervision, Personnel supervision, Testing
