




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service, service order management, information entry into CRM systems, and case tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Preferred: Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree in administrative, communication, or related fields. * Preferred: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in call centers or customer service. * Preferred: Basic English proficiency. Key Competencies: • Customer service via telephone or digital channels. • Service order management and tracking. • Information entry and validation in systems (CRM). • Performance metric management (e.g., average handling time, data entry accuracy). • Remote basic troubleshooting of white-goods appliances (preferred but not mandatory). Job Responsibilities: • Enter and update information in the system (CRM). • Track service orders. • Validate data prior to service dispatch. • Maintain communication with technicians and internal departments. • Identify and report non-conforming services or incidents. • Escalate complex or urgent cases. • Record evidence and comments in the system. • Follow up on services until proper resolution is achieved. • Meet performance metrics such as: (average handling time, data entry accuracy, and first-contact resolution) We Offer $10,000 monthly gross salary, paid biweekly + $1,000 monthly productivity bonus. Work Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY – 08:00 TO 17:00 HRS; SATURDAY – 08:00 TO 13:00 HRS.
