A company specialized in Occupational Health is seeking a **Payroll Assistant**, passionate, proactive, and collaborative, who wishes to join our team.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Administration
* 2 years of payroll experience
* Knowledge of the Income Tax Law (ISR), Federal Labor Law (LFT), Contpaq, IDSE, and SUA
Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and tracking employee attendance records
* Managing incidents with team leaders
* Entering and tracking incidents
* Processing payroll using Contpaq
* Reconciling payroll for invoicing
* Monitoring and tracking additional requirements
* Managing payroll supporting documents
* Preparing and delivering settlement agreements (finiquitos)
* Sending payroll receipts
* Addressing and following up on employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll payments
* Processing employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS
* REPSE registration
