Job Summary: We are seeking an Autodesk Support Specialist with experience in engineering applications, license administration, and troubleshooting of CAD/CAE platforms. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Autodesk Support Specialist with experience in engineering application support, license administration, and troubleshooting of Autodesk platforms and CAD/CAE tools. Responsibilities: Technical support and administration of CAD/CAE engineering applications. Installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance of Autodesk applications and related tools. Administration of software engineering/COTS licenses. Resolution of incidents related to applications, performance, integrations, and licensing. Management and tracking of tickets following ITIL processes. Handling and resolution of critical P1/P2 incidents while meeting established SLAs. Documentation of solutions and updating of the knowledge base. Collaboration with infrastructure, engineering, and technical support teams. Requirements: Solid understanding of ITIL processes: Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Knowledge Management CMDB / CI Handling of P1/P2 incidents SLA Management Hands-on experience in: Installation Configuration Upgrades Support of CAD/CAE applications Proven experience administering licenses for: Autodesk Bentley Bluebeam Experience administering licenses and supporting applications such as: AutoCAD Revit BIM Civil 3D Related plug-ins Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve: Application issues Performance issues Integration issues Licensing incidents Bugs and technical failures Desirable: Experience in enterprise corporate environments. Familiarity with ticketing and support tools.
