Job Objective: Provide administrative and operational support to the Key Account Manager (KAM), ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to the achievement of KPIs through efficient account management. Main Responsibilities: Manage and monitor customer portals (e.g., Walmart, Chedraui, HEB, among others). Administer purchase orders, payments, discounts, and deliveries. Track orders, samples, and deliveries with customers and internal departments. Support commercial proposals and technical data sheets. Coordinate logistics and liaise with various departments. Handle returns, warranties, and credit notes. Monitor accounts receivable and support collection processes. Review and clarify billing charges with customers. Requirements: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Commerce, or related field). Minimum 1 year of experience in retail and customer service. Proficiency in self-service portals. Intermediate Excel skills.
