Have a car or no problems with transportation to the workplace. **Job Responsibilities:** Collect and process the necessary information to calculate the employees' pre\-payroll. Request and process personnel incidents. Issue payroll receipts to employees. Keep personnel administration records up to date. Support in the search and selection of candidates. Publish job offers on different platforms. Pre\-select candidates and schedule interviews. Conduct telephone and in\-person interviews. Apply psychometric and skills tests. * Support the induction of new employees. * **Additional benefits and benefits:**Monthly salary between $21,000 \- $21,500 before taxes. (Gross).
