We continuously innovate in a sustainable and responsible manner by using human and natural resources rationally for future generations. **FOR ROUTE OPENING** WE SEEK: **RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FIELD** **Work Area: ÁLVARO OBREGÓN – MAGDALENA CONTRERAS – VENUSTIANO CARRANZA** **Requirements** * Experience in door-to-door sales * Retail channel experience * Minimum one year of driving experience with a valid driver's license * Customer acquisition and prospecting * Job-related responsibilities * Personal vehicle * Prior door-to-door sales experience or experience in the hardware industry (preferred) * Achievement of sales and collection targets * Execution of all sales cycle activities with each client (negotiation, sales, collections, compensation, and warranties) * Ensuring product availability and timely order delivery * Conducting negotiations to optimize sales (client consulting) * Implementing strategies, campaigns, and actions defined by the commercial department * Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures with distributors (customer registration, credit authorization, invoicing, agreements) * Reporting competitor activities and business opportunities within the region. **We Offer:** * SALARY $9451 \+ COMMISSIONS per billed client * Excellent work environment * Base salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Gasoline allowance * Vehicle maintenance allowance
