Your mission will be to transform powerful concepts into visual pieces that impact, inspire, and connect with audiences. You will collaborate side-by-side with a team of copywriters and creatives to bring to life ideas that break the mold and elevate brand communication. **Required Skills:** * **Years of Experience:** Minimum 5\-7 years of art direction experience within advertising agencies, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your talent and vision. * **Bachelor’s Degree:** Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Advertising, or a related field that ignited your passion for the visual. * **Specific Knowledge:** Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). You excel at visual conceptualization, branding, typography, and composition. Your portfolio must showcase great versatility and experience across digital campaigns, social media, and integrated projects. * **Courses:** Courses or specializations in UX/UI, motion graphics, or illustration are a major plus.
