Job Summary: Applications Engineer to provide technical consultation and support for the selection of solutions, tools, and manufacturing processes, including development of application and feasibility studies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical consultation to customers for solution selection 2. Development of application studies (tooling and bending processes) 3. Technical support to the sales department Applications Engineer Mandatory Qualifications • Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field • Knowledge of manufacturing / metalworking processes • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings • Knowledge of steels, stainless steels, and aluminum • Proficiency in the imperial system (inches, fractions, conversions) • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Intermediate English proficiency • Analytical thinking • Clear communication • Organization • Attention to detail ________________________________________ Desirable Qualifications • Knowledge of sheet metal and/or tube bending processes • Selection of bending tooling • 2–3 years’ experience with CNC presses or tube benders • CAD software usage • Proactivity • Teamwork • Selection and quotation of bending tools (sheet metal and tube) • Development of application studies (tooling and bending processes) • Technical consultation to customers for solution selection • Providing technical support to the sales department • Selection and quotation of machinery • Preparation of technical feasibility studies for machinery • Support in defining technical specifications for equipment and tooling • Cost and pricing calculations for generating price lists • Development and updating of catalogs, product lists, and technical-commercial materials We offer: Salary: $18,000 to 20,000 MXN gross (negotiable) Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Balvanera Corregidora, Qro If you meet the profile, please apply through this channel. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
