Due to expansion and growth, we seek your talent as a **REPSE Administrative Assistant:** **Requirements:** * Technical degree in administrative or accounting fields; incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (verifiable) * Minimum 2 years of experience in REPSE compliance or labor compliance * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT) * Knowledge of SIROC * Intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting systems * Experience handling supplier documentation and contracts **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track tax and labor obligations related to the REPSE registry * Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for compliance with IMSS, SAT, and STPS * Review contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance * Coordinate with Human Resources and Legal departments to maintain updated required documentation * Respond to audits and official requests **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications or courses in REPSE, IMSS, SAT, or STPS * Experience in construction or specialized services companies * Ability to work under pressure and in teams; responsibility; commitment; results orientation; information analysis; attention to detail; assertive and effective communication; excellent service attitude **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** **Compensation and Additional Benefits** · NET monthly salary: Between $10,000 and $12,000, depending on experience and qualifications · Biweekly payroll payments (punctual payments) · Statutory benefits from day one · Opportunity for development and growth **Corporate Benefits:** · Half-day off on your birthday · Work environment: Collaborative, dynamic, and pleasant · Job stability and long-term employment · Ongoing training, courses, and workshops **· Location:** Mexico City, Benito Juárez borough; near Xola Metro Station (Line 2, blue) and Las Américas Metrobus Station (Line 2, purple) **· Schedule:** Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and Saturdays 8:30 AM–1:30 PM Fixed Sunday rest day **· Employment Type:** Indefinite-term contract **· Work Modality:** On-site **IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING OUR TEAM, WE INVITE YOU TO APPLY BY SUBMITTING YOUR UPDATED CV THROUGH THIS PLATFORM.** Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
