Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Administrator to lead the execution of system and/or telecommunications development projects, ensuring objective achievement and customer satisfaction. Project change, scope, schedule, quality, cost, and risk control We invite you to join our team. · *** SENIOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR *** · Systems/Computer Science/Computing Engineer (Degree holder with professional license) · Certifications PMP (Mandatory) Project Management Professional – current ITIL FOUNDATION V3 AND/OR V4 Reports to a PMO · Knowledge Project Professional Advanced Office suite 4 years of experience in system and/or telecommunications development project administration, applying best practices based on PMI's PMBOK. Data centers. · Responsibilities: Overall project planning, including subsidiary plans such as resource, human resources, communications, scope, quality, schedule, or any other plans required for the project Leading project execution: forming work teams, communicating customer expectations, coordinating efforts to achieve planned objectives, reporting progress to management and the customer, tracking performed tasks, and, if necessary, reinforcing required skills or knowledge among resources for optimal performance of assigned tasks Implementing change control as needed, validating scope through customer acceptance of released deliverables, controlling scope to avoid unnecessary team workload or falling short of customer expectations, controlling activities regarding schedule, quality, and cost, as well as risks. Properly closing all completed processes, verifying with relevant departments the termination of third-party contracts, equipment and personnel withdrawal, and concluding the customer relationship. · Language: Intermediate English · We Offer: Salary: $50,000 gross Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Statutory benefits Work location: Interlomas. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Keywords: administrator
