For more information, visit WPP.com. **VML is looking for its next Account Director!** **What will you do?** * You will lead the strategic relationship and growth of key clients. * You will develop impactful communication and business plans. * You will guide and mentor a highly talented Accounts team. * You will manage the financial health and profitability of projects under your responsibility. * You will actively identify new business opportunities and growth. **Required Skills:** * **Experience:** 7+ years in advertising agencies, with at least 2 years leading teams. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related fields. * **Specific Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, strategic planning, and financial management of projects. * **Courses:** Certifications or courses in Leadership, Digital Marketing or Project Management are a great plus. * **Language:** **Advanced English (Mandatory).** What do we offer? * Hybrid work model. ‍ ‍ * Work tools. * Competitive compensation.
