Here is some additional information. **Essential Requirements:** Degrees: B.A. in Psychology, B.A. in Strategic Human Capital Management, or related field **Objective:** To comprehensively manage Human Capital processes, ensuring accurate execution of administrative functions, recruitment and selection, and organizational culture initiatives—thereby attracting, developing, and retaining talent aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Duties and Responsibilities:** 1\. Human Capital Administration * Payroll administration (employees and contractors), including incident handling and biweekly follow-up. * Managing employee onboarding and offboarding. * Tracking and recording incidents (absences, vacations, leaves, etc.). * Updating and maintaining employee files. * Supporting compliance with administrative procedures and internal policies. 2\. Recruitment and Selection * Posting and promoting job openings across various platforms. * Screening and analyzing resumes according to required profiles. * Coordinating and tracking interviews with department leaders. * Maintaining continuous communication with candidates throughout the process. * End-to-end management of the hiring process (from sourcing to offer). * Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. 3\.
