At Zingara, we seek a technical and operational professional for the E-commerce area, focused on the development, administration, maintenance, and proper functioning of our digital platform. ***Work Location: Zingara Corporate Office at Cancun Central de Abastos Market, before the airport*** Position Objective: To administer, develop, and maintain the proper functioning of the e-commerce platform, ensuring an optimal user experience as well as operational and technical continuity for the department. Main Responsibilities: * Web site and application development and maintenance. * E-commerce platform administration and support. * Speed, performance, and user experience (UX) optimization. * Technical incident tracking and resolution. * Content and functionality updates and maintenance. * Operational coordination and follow-up on departmental requirements. * Monitoring of website and e-commerce process functionality. * Implementation of continuous improvements and process optimization. * Technical support related to e-commerce operations. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Web Development, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in web development and e-commerce administration. * Knowledge of Front-end and Back-end technologies. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and e-commerce platforms. * Experience in web maintenance, database management, and technical incident resolution. * Analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and operationally diligent profile. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable: * Experience in retail or fashion brands. * Knowledge of UX/UI principles. * Experience integrating digital platforms and tools.
