Water Coordinator

At **AWALAB**, we are seeking a **Water Coordinator** who wishes to join a continuously growing team in **Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico**. Your mission will be to **lead the sales team**, drive results, and develop customized solutions for **water treatment** projects. **Ideal Profile:** * **Education:** Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and Pharmacy, Biochemistry and Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Water treatment. * **Commercial knowledge.** * **English:** Intermediate (preferred). * **Willingness to travel.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales team. * Develop strategies to achieve sales and expansion goals. * Conduct client visits and identify new business opportunities. * Accompany and train sales representatives on technical and commercial topics. * Design customized technical solutions based on client needs. * Present technical proposals to non-specialized audiences. * Supervise quotations, project tracking, and closures. * Effectively identify and resolve technical or commercial obstacles. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Water treatment and purification processes: reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, water softening, filtration, etc. * Interpretation of water analysis: BOD, COD, TDS, hardness, metals, etc. * Applicable regulations: NOM-127, NOM-001, among others. * Basic engineering and design of treatment systems. * Use of **CRM** and **B2B** sales methodologies. **We Offer:** * **Base salary:** from $25,000 to $30,000 per month. * **Productivity and performance bonuses.** * **Statutory benefits.** * **Company car and mobile phone.** * **Transportation support or service.** * **Flexible working hours.** * **Opportunities for professional development and growth.** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Location:** Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico (on-site) Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
