Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate overall warehouse operations, supervise goods receipt and placement, and manage physical and administrative inventories. Ensuring warehouse processes and best practices LEADING COMPANY IN TEXTILE MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION IS SEEKING: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years in: * Warehouse operations * Inventory management * Administrative control * Goods inbound and outbound activities * Operational supervision * Supervision of operational staff KNOWLEDGE * Warehouse and inventory administration * Cycle counts and physical inventories * Intermediate Excel proficiency * ERP system experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle or similar) * Warehouse inbound and outbound activities * Document control * Goods placement and control in racks * FIFO and material control * Operational KPIs and monitoring * Warehouse best practices and safety RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate overall warehouse operations. * Supervise goods receipt and placement. * Verify quantities, conditions, and documentation for inbound and outbound transactions. * Control physical and administrative inventories. * Conduct and monitor cycle counts. * Coordinate proper placement and safeguarding of goods in racks. * Supervise movements and records in the ERP system. * Track inventory discrepancies and incidents. * Coordinate activities of forklift operators and general assistants. * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and operational control. * Prepare operational and administrative reports for internal tracking. * Ensure compliance with processes, internal controls, and warehouse best practices. WE OFFER * Monthly salary of $13,000 to $15,000 net, commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:50 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:50 AM to 2:00 PM Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
