Job Summary: A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager with experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory, and personnel. Key Highlights: 1. International Manufacturing Company (T\-Energies) is seeking: **Warehouse and Logistics Manager** Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Intern or Graduate) * Monday to Friday work schedule, 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM (with availability) * Proficiency in SAP, WMS, or similar ERP systems is mandatory. * **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, filters, charts) * Knowledge and experience in warehouse processes, inventory management, logistics, shipping, KPIs, and operational staff management. Must possess knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, best warehouse practices, proper material flow within the warehouse, inventory accuracy levels, as well as familiarity with receiving, picking, shipping, inventory control, returns (reverse logistics), warehouse layout, cycle counts, physical vs. system inventory for raw materials and finished goods. * Minimum **5 years** of experience as a **Warehouse and Logistics Manager** in manufacturing companies. Responsibilities: * Manage and plan warehouse operations. * Ensure inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished goods. * Manage execution of picking and loading plans for customers (10 to 15 units daily). * Ensure full compliance with regulations (ISO, IATF, warehouse best practices). * Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools (forklifts and racks). * Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance. * Prepare reports and analysis of warehouse KPIs. * Manage, plan, and supervise warehouse processes: receiving, picking, shipping, inventory control, and returns \- reverse logistics.
