Ensure regulatory compliance (COFEPRIS) in the warehouse. **Green Concept is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for:** **Warehouse Manager (Medical Supplies)** **Position Objective:** Ensure efficient operation of the medical supplies warehouse, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, inventory control, operational productivity, and fulfillment of service commitments. **Requirements:** * Minimum **10 years of warehouse operations experience**, preferably in **medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment**, etc. * Experience with regulatory compliance (**COFEPRIS or equivalent**). * Experience leading operational teams. * Proficiency in managing **operational and productivity KPIs**. * Knowledge of inventory and control systems (ERP/WMS). * Experience in **high-pressure, operationally demanding environments**. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: **receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, and delivery**. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (including **COFEPRIS**). * Guarantee proper **material receipt and document control processes**. * Supervise **order picking**, ensuring service level and accuracy. * Coordinate **logistics, shipping, and distribution** processes. * Monitor and ensure achievement of **daily KPIs** (productivity, OTIF, fill rate, cycle times). * Ensure **OTIF (On Time In Full)** compliance. * Maintain alignment between **physical inventory and system records**, preventing discrepancies. * Implement and ensure correct use of **FEFO (First Expired, First Out)**. * Control **shrinkage, expirations, and product turnover**. * Maintain standards of **order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse**. * Measure and improve **productivity per employee**. * Lead operational teams, ensuring discipline, execution, and goal attainment. * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. **Competencies:** * Strong, results-oriented leadership * High sense of urgency * Focus on control and execution * Ability to work under pressure * Operational decision-making capability * Organization, discipline, and follow-up **We Offer:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary: $28,000–$35,000 net (statutory benefits) Location: North Zone (Legaría) **Desired Education Level:** Master’s Degree **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial Level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Pharmaceuticals **Skills:** * Results-oriented * Leadership * Organized *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a08be313700002d00861778\&source\=indeed*
