We are characterized by being dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented, where each team member has a direct impact on customer experience. **Job Objective** Ensure the efficient flow of goods through proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, safeguarding inventory integrity and CEDIS organization, complying with established procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. **What We Are Looking For?** * Education: Minimum junior high school (high school diploma preferred, incomplete or completed) * Experience: * +1 year in warehouse operations * 6 months to 1 year as a forklift operator (preferred) **Key Knowledge:** * Product handling * Inventory control * Forklift operation * Basic warehouse management systems (WMS) * Good warehousing practices * Good physical condition **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving and unloading goods * Verifying products against invoices or delivery notes * Storing goods in the warehouse * Order picking (picking) * Packing and labeling products * Loading units for shipment * Supporting cyclic and general inventory counts * Reporting incidents (damages or shortages) * Maintaining order and cleanliness (5S) * Complying with safety regulations and PPE usage **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Punctuality bonus * Attendance bonus * Performance bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * Additional benefits (discounts, loans, etc.) * Health plan * Opportunities for growth and development Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Salary increases * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
