Free English Classes We are looking for Engineers across various regions of the Mexican Republic. · Degree in Systems or an IT-related field. · Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, user assistance, and information security. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. · Knowledge of ticketing systems, networks, and backups. · Provide user assistance via ticketing tools. · Resolve hardware and software incidents on desktop computers. · Install applications, system images, and Windows operating systems. · Perform data backups. · Knowledge of VPN networks. · Interaction with VIP customers.
