




At our Fine Dining restaurant, we are seeking a **Unit Chef** to ensure the quality of our dishes, proper preparation, and supervision of the team. **Responsibilities:** * Place weekly orders according to company policies (budget authorized by corporate) * Supervise kitchen processes and quality standards. * Develop, cost, and document the menu. * Train and lead the kitchen team. * Verify that suppliers meet the restaurant’s established quality standards.
