Key role in the continuous improvement of training programs Training Supervisor **Objective:** The primary objective of this role is to develop and ensure strict compliance with employee training plans, guaranteeing alignment with current regulations, our robust quality management systems, and the plant's environmental management policy. **Specific Job Responsibilities:** * **Analysis and Training Needs Assessment (TNA):** Continuously plan and evaluate training needs across various organizational areas. * **Training Plan Design:** Develop, structure, and ensure execution and compliance with annual training programs and plans. * **Coordination and Logistics:** Organize, schedule, and coordinate the implementation of internal and external training programs. * **Instructor Management:** Identify, select, and coordinate internal and external training instructors, evaluating their performance. * **Continuous Improvement:** Collect and analyze feedback from employees and instructors to optimize academic and technical training programs. * **Document Control:** Maintain a perfectly updated and organized database of employee training records (auditable). * Applicable Corporate QAP Procedures for this position. * Applicable SOPs for Quality Management Systems for this position. * Plant Environmental Management System procedures. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Pedagogy, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree certificate mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in training functions, ideally in coordination or supervisory roles within the **manufacturing, maquiladora, or medical/automotive industry**. * **Legal Regulations:** Demonstrable, solid experience complying with **STPS** regulations (forms DC\-1, DC\-2, DC\-3, DC\-4) and managing internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 or similar). * **Language:** Intermediate English Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Training: 2 years (Mandatory) Language: * Intermediate English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
