




**Position Objective:** Provide support in the management, organization, logistics, and follow-up of training and talent development programs, contributing to strengthening staff skills and knowledge. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support in the planning and execution of training activities (in-person and online). * Support in the logistics of courses, workshops, webinars, and training events (announcements, registrations, confirmations, materials, etc.). * Design and adapt support materials (presentations, manuals, assessments, etc.) for training programs. * Track attendance, participation, and employee evaluations in trainings. * Support uploading and updating courses on e-learning platforms (LMS). * Keep training records updated in databases and/or internal systems. * Assist in preparing reports on results and training metrics. * Research new methodologies, tools, and trends in training. **Required Profile:** **Education:** Active student in the final semesters of Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communication, or related field. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Desired: experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom, etc.). * Desired: knowledge in instructional design or learning assessment. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong oral and written communication. * Proactivity and service attitude. * Ability to work in a team. * Analytical and synthesis skills. * Interest in learning and professional development. **Type of Contract:** Schedule from 8:00am to 3:00pm **Economic Support:** $8,000 pesos per month **Location:** On-site \- Cadereyta Jimenez Job type: Part-time Salary: $8,000\.00 per month Scheduled hours: 30 per week Application Question(s): * What major are you studying? * Which neighborhood do you live in? * What semester or tetra are you currently in?
