About the Role: * Ensure on-time delivery for Retail and Wholesale. * Ensure unit distribution according to the planned AFP plan. * Deliver the highest level of service for every delivery. * Comply with safety protocols for all customer deliveries. * Conduct periodic route reviews to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring cargo protection and personnel safety during transit. * Maintain effective communication with transportation providers, security personnel, customers, and the sales team. * Verify proper execution of processes to ensure timely payments to suppliers. * Conduct monthly performance reviews with customers. * Promote L&Co. expectations across all operations. * Maintain area efficiency and productivity through process optimization, appropriate resource utilization, and implementation of practices that drive continuous improvement. * Promote and ensure responsible practices focused on environmental care and preservation across all area operations. * Foster a positive work environment and team engagement. * Ensure execution of activities defined in the WOM system. * Ensure correct implementation and monitoring of the 5S methodology, guaranteeing order, cleanliness, and standardization across all areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment. * Promote and ensure optimal safety conditions within the area, safeguarding people, assets, and processes. * Provide frequent, constructive feedback to direct reports, oriented toward professional development and continuous performance improvement. * Maintain up-to-date area documentation, ensuring its availability, accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines. About You: * Relevant education. * Experience in Distribution Centers handling Outbound processes—from shipment through customer delivery—preferably for Retail and Wholesale, including interaction with transport providers. * Language: Advanced Intermediate English This position is based at our Distribution Center located in San Martín Obispo, in an on-site work modality.
