We are currently seeking: **Technology Solutions Architect** **Objective:** You will be responsible for overseeing the technological architecture of Human Resources solutions, ensuring each component aligns with objectives within the current technology ecosystem, acting as the liaison between functional areas and development teams and platforms, transforming requirements while safeguarding technical quality across systems. **What will be your role?** * You will be responsible for the technological architecture, defining functional components related to security and interoperability. * You will orchestrate the integration of systems and platforms, monitoring API design, connectors, and data flows among core applications and analytics engines. * You will ensure the technical quality of deliverables by validating development patterns. * You will manage dependencies and make real-time architectural decisions, identifying technical risks and anticipating bottlenecks. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within technology solutions architecture. * Experience with SAP, RPA automation, CPI, BTP, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence. * Innovation technologies, data analytics, and process automation. * Application management. * Implementation projects. * Technical English (Conversational). **What would we like to see in you?** * Prior involvement in Human Capital processes. * Certification in SuccessFactors is desirable. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Benefits: Statutory vacation days, vacation bonus, and thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo). * Life insurance. * Working Conditions: Full-time schedule Monday through Friday (on-site, with flexibility required for project development alongside the team). * Training and personal skill development plan. * Discounts on products and services, access to credit cards, preferential-rate loans, and other financial benefits. * Access to healthcare services, wellness programs, and promotions for you and your family. **Join our team and become part of a company that values your talent and professional growth!**
