Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician for remote and on-site support, responsible for equipment and application configuration, maintenance, and security. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic role in technical support and system maintenance 2. Configuration and repair of computer equipment and peripherals 3. Security and network management, including Active Directory and VPN **Education:** Systems Engineering degree, Systems Technician diploma, or Computer Science diploma **Experience:** · Minimum 6 months of experience in Remote and/or On-site Support **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computer equipment and peripheral devices · Configuration of security policies · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Infrastructure project development for structured cabling **Knowledge:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling knowledge · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Salary:** $12,000 MXN per month (take-home pay) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Higher Technician program (Desirable) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
