Option for an Indefinite-Term Contract We are seeking Engineers across various regions of the Mexican Republic. · Technical degree in Systems or incomplete degree in Systems Engineering or related IT field. · Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, maintenance, user assistance, and information security. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. · Knowledge of ticketing systems, networks, and backups. · Provide user assistance via ticketing tools. · Resolve hardware and software incidents on desktop equipment. · Install applications, system images, and Windows operating systems. · Perform data backups. · Knowledge of VPN networks.
