




Position Summary: Support for Contact Center platforms, including problem resolution, virtual server maintenance, and end-user technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Troubleshooting and problem resolution for Contact Center platforms. 2. Virtual server maintenance and performance monitoring. 3. End-user technical support and incident management. CONTACT CENTER PLATFORM SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES * Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Contact Center platforms. * Updates and Maintenance: Perform virtual server (EC2) maintenance tasks. * User Support: Provide technical assistance for reported user issues. * Virtual Server Management: Monitor platform performance. REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of virtual servers, networks, cybersecurity, MySQL, APACHE or NGINX. * Graduate of Systems Engineering. * Proactive attitude and ability to resolve conflicts within short timeframes. Salary: $9,600.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
