Position Summary: Manage and organize technical service operations, identify and resolve customer needs, supervise the department, and promote the sale of spare parts and services. Key Highlights: 1. Development of customer service and training strategies. **Position Objective** Manage and organize tasks to effectively implement Metalboss customers' technical service, identify and resolve customer needs, promptly address conflicts, ensure departmental tasks are performed appropriately, and promote the sale of spare parts and services. **Primary Responsibilities** * Supervise staff to ensure timely response to various customer needs * Supervision and monitoring of commissioning and service activities. * Prepare weekly functional and incident reports and submit them to HR. * Define minimum and maximum stock levels for spare parts. * Review manuals for newly manufactured equipment. * Determine methods and strategies for customer service. * Define customer training methods regarding equipment functionality. * Train technical staff on equipment installation procedures. * Design equipment installation processes (policies). * **Service scheduling management for customer support** * Meet company-established performance metrics. * Ensure compliance with company warranty guidelines. * Customer support (phone calls, emails, and requests). * **Planning and logistics for off-site services** * Follow up on unresolved complaints. * Supervise the generation of quality checklists. * Provide feedback during kickoff meetings to prevent failure risks. * **Quotations for services and spare parts** * Evaluate already-installed machines to offer preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure proper operation of manufacturing equipment prior to delivery. * Create control templates (service reports, installation clarifications, and advisory documents). * Manage and administer resources required for departmental operations. * Resolve spare parts compatibility issues. * Supervision and monitoring of commissioning and service activities. * Prepare weekly functional and incident reports and submit them to HR. * Define minimum and maximum stock levels for spare parts. * Review manuals for newly manufactured equipment. * Determine methods and strategies for customer service. * Define customer training methods regarding equipment functionality. * Train technical staff on equipment installation procedures. * Design equipment installation processes (policies). * **Service scheduling management for customer support** * Meet company-established performance metrics. * Ensure compliance with company warranty guidelines. * Customer support (phone calls, emails, and requests). * **Planning and logistics for off-site services** * Follow up on unresolved complaints. * Supervise the generation of quality checklists. * Provide feedback during kickoff meetings to prevent failure risks. **Technical Knowledge:** * G Suite, Administrative Systems (service scheduling, travel allowances, reporting, procurement/sales, proposals, personnel management.) **Professional Competencies:** * Developed Assertive Communication * Emotional Intelligence * Management and Negotiation * Working Under Pressure * Conflict Management * Personnel Management * Verbal Fluency * Leadership * Patience * Service Orientation Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $25,000.00 - $32,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
