Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and dosing chemical products; leading teams; and presenting results to clients—ensuring optimal operation of water treatment systems. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and monitoring of water treatment systems. 2. Technical leadership and team management. 3. Presentation of results and client management. Responsibilities * Physical-chemical analysis of water from cooling towers, boilers, chillers, wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), etc. * Sludge suction. * Monitoring of chemical dosing for water treatment. * Preparation of chemicals. * Chemical dosing. * Reporting of physical-chemical analysis results. * System blowdowns. * Adjustment of controller settings. * Supervision of technical operators’ performance. * Verification of chemical treatment service functionality. * Reporting service failures. * Verification of order and cleanliness in assigned areas. * Implementation of 5S principles. * Presenting service conditions to clients. * Leading technical meetings with new clients. * Generating chemical inventory records. * Requesting chemical stock replenishment. * Weekly delegation of tasks to technicians. * Developing KPIs for service and operator performance. * Developing action plans for each service (Gantt charts). Knowledge: * Water sampling. * Knowledge of water scale formation and corrosion. * Understanding of equipment operation, including cooling towers, boilers, and chillers. * NOM-030-STPS-2009. * DC3 certification for work at heights and in confined spaces. * Knowledge of industrial safety practices. * Interpretation of analytical results. * Basic knowledge of regulations applicable to the water treatment sector. Skills: * Chemical dosing. * Calibration of measurement equipment. * Team leadership. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite. * Report writing. * Clear communication. * Problem solving.
