Job Description At Chat2desk Mexico, we are seeking a Technical Leader with a current Scrum Master certification and ITIL v3 or higher, responsible for providing technical and methodological guidance to the team, ensuring the agile, controlled, and IT service operations-aligned development and implementation of IT solutions. This position combines technical leadership, agile facilitation, and IT service management, participating in architecture definition, technical decision-making, team coordination, and transition to operations—guaranteeing quality, stability, and business value generation. Job Objective To provide technical and methodological guidance to the team, ensuring that the development and implementation of Information Technology solutions occur in an agile, controlled, and IT service operations-aligned manner, guaranteeing quality, stability, and business value generation. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications, Completed Bachelor’s Degree in: * Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science * Software Engineering * Related fields Certifications (Mandatory) * Current Scrum Master certification * Current ITIL v3 or higher certification Experience * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical roles within IT projects * Experience leading technical or development teams * Participation in projects using agile methodologies (Scrum) * Knowledge of IT service operation and management Activities and Responsibilities Technical Leadership * Define and oversee technical architecture and development standards. * Make key technical decisions and validate solutions. * Ensure correct implementation, integration, and quality of systems. * Provide high-level technical support to the team and other departments. Agile Management (Scrum Master) * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective. * Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and promote continuous improvement. * Identify and remove impediments affecting the team. * Foster team self-organization, collaboration, and productivity. * Support the Product Owner in proper management of the Product Backlog. IT Service Management (ITIL) * Align technical solutions with IT service management practices. * Ensure developments are operable, supportable, and scalable. * Participate in change, incident, and problem management processes. * Support transition to operations and service stability. * Contribute to meeting service SLAs and KPIs. Coordination, Quality, and Continuous Improvement * Act as liaison between the technical team, business units, and other IT departments. * Coordinate technical activities with vendors or external teams. * Ensure best practices in software quality, security, and documentation. * Document technical solutions and lessons learned. * Drive continuous improvement in processes, methodologies, and tools.
