We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Technical Lead Job Summary Serve as a technical lead with five to seven years of experience guiding complex solutions across Linux platforms Oracle database administration and AWS public cloud administration in a hybrid work model. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure secure scalable and resilient services that advance enterprise goals and deliver reliable digital experiences to clients and communities Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate end to end design implementation and optimization of Linux based server environments to ensure stable and secure hosting of critical enterprise applications and services. * Manage Oracle database administration activities including installation configuration backup recovery and performance tuning to maintain high availability and integrity of core data assets. * Oversee AWS public cloud administration including account management networking storage and security configuration to deliver scalable and cost effective infrastructure solutions. * Monitor system performance across Linux Oracle and AWS components using standard observability tools to proactively identify bottlenecks and drive timely remediation actions. * Implement robust security controls patching routines and access management processes across all managed platforms to protect information assets and comply with organizational security policies. * Collaborate with application teams architects and business stakeholders in a hybrid work setting to translate functional requirements into reliable technical solutions that align with enterprise standards. * Coordinate and execute migration and upgrade activities for databases and workloads moving between on premise Linux environments and AWS cloud to minimize downtime and operational risk. * Develop automate and maintain operational runbooks scripts and configuration standards that streamline routine administration tasks and reduce manual error across Linux Oracle and AWS platforms. * Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents impacting databases operating systems or cloud services and drive permanent corrective actions that prevent recurrence. * Guide and review technical implementation work of team members by sharing best practices in Linux Oracle administration and AWS services to raise overall technical quality and delivery consistency. * Engage in capacity planning license management and cost optimization initiatives for databases servers and cloud resources to ensure efficient use of technology investments. * Document architectures configurations and operational procedures in clear and accessible formats to support knowledge sharing and resilience of day to day operations. * Partner with risk compliance and audit teams to support reviews of infrastructure and database environments ensuring traceable controls and reliable evidence for regulatory needs. **Required Skills:** * Linux Admin * Oracle DB Admin * AWS Public Cloud Admin Why Cognizant?
