Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for printers, computing equipment, and internal and external systems, with a focus on problem resolution and customer service. Ongoing training and professional development **Garín Etiquetas**, a Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing of self-adhesive, white, and printed labels, as well as consumables, also provides technical service for barcode printing equipment. It is currently seeking a **Systems Technician**. ***Responsibilities:*** External Customer Service * Install, configure, and maintain Zebra printers at customer sites. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication failures. * Configure Zebra printers via USB, network, or WiFi. * Conduct print tests, label calibration, and configuration. * Provide on-site and remote support to customers in the State of Mexico, Querétaro, and Puebla. * Train customers on equipment usage. * Prepare service reports and logs for each intervention performed. Internal Customer Service * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company computers, printers, and peripherals. * Install required software, drivers, and applications per department needs. * Verify proper operation of internal systems and follow up on failures. * Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of security cameras. * Configure DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and remote access. * Check connectivity, internal network, backups, and overall system functionality. * Respond to internal support tickets or requests. * Maintain inventory of equipment, consumables, and spare parts.
