Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Provide technical support and advisory services to Information Technology (IT) clients, contributing to the operational continuity of the Group in activities dependent on computing equipment, systems, and applications. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Provide hardware and software support to Information Technology (IT) clients. * Configure supplementary resources and advise IT clients on their use. * Manage the creation and dissemination of user assistance guides for the Information Technology (IT) Call Center (SIT). * Provide support for decentralized applications to Information Technology (IT) clients. Experience + User and application support via Technical Support systems (Tickets) (6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR MANDATORY) + Direct contact with end users and other IT departments. (6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR MANDATORY) + ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Knowledge * Operating system support (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and software suites (Office, Autodesk, Adobe, Citrix) * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity (firewalls, antivirus, antispyware, VPNs). * Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (topologies, protocols, basic connectivity devices, network types). * Label printer configuration. * Zebra scanner configuration. * Basic knowledge of Active Directory. **Complementary Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Computing, or related field. (GRADUATION LETTER MANDATORY) * Availability for on-site work (not remote) and flexible schedule. * Willingness to relocate between locations as required by operations and to rotate shifts.
